"An Act establishing a comprehensive policy                                   
relating to human resource development in the

Senator Taylor moved that the Senate adopt CONFERENCE CS                       
FOR SENATE BILL NO. 255.                                                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL                      
NO. 255 pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the following
